Friday Night Football Comes to the Shark Tank

JACKSONVILLE, FL – The Jacksonville Sharks welcome the San Antonio Gunslingers to the Shark Tank on Friday, June 3rd.  Let’s make the Gunslingers walk the plank and send them back to Texas with a big loss. Saturday’s game will be played in the Vystar Memorial Arena with kickoff set for 7pm, doors open at 6pm. It’s Pirates and Princesses Night and we have some treasures in store for you, here’s everything you need to know for  Friday’s game.

FREE BANDANAS!!!!!
The Sharks will be providing FREE bandanas to the first 1,000 fans in the arena for Saturday’s game.

New Kicker Familiar Name!
That's right the rumors are true former Jaguars Kicker Mike Hollis will be kicking for the Sharks Friday Night! The former Jaguar now Shark becomes the oldest active kicker in professional football. His first kick as a Shark will be Friday night so if your a Jag fan, Shark fan comes see Mike Hollis and meet the legendary NFL kicker after the game for our post-game autograph session. 


WE GOT PIRATES YE BEEN WARNED MATE!
Our crew of Pirates from the Saint Augustine Pirate Museum have landed ashore and will be walking amongst you tonight inside the Shark Tank. Don’t be afraid they're not after you, just treasure! Our Pirates are friendly to all ages so feel free to take pictures with them throughout the night you may even see the Captain!


SharkFest
SharkFest is happening this Friday! ! Starting at 5:00 p.m. join in on the fun for all ages, kids and adults. Live DJ, fun games, a video game truck ,plus local businesses from the Jacksonville area. Come join us for a fun time at SharkFest!


ART SPOT
Before the game, make your own signs at SHARKFEST! Thanks to our Jaws Partners-the ArtSpot. They provide the poster and art supplies, YOU make the sign. It’s your opportunity to show off your sign on the YouTube broadcast as well as our FANCAMS during the game. Get your sign autographed by the attack dancers and players after the game. Art Spot - A place where all artists are welcome. Services provided include: Custom Airbrushing (We have been providing this service to the Orange Park area since 2006!) DARLEY'S PLUMBING DEUCE
Everytime the Jacksonville Sharks kick the ball through the uprights on a kickoff, fans will experience the Darleys' Deuce. The "deuce" is a special teams play that allows the kicking team the opportunity to score two points directly from kickoff, if the kicker can nail the 50-yard kick. However those game footballs have to be exchange back to a Sharks Representative in exchange for a souvenir football.


COSTUME CONTEST
The Sharks will be on the lookout for the best dressed Pirates and Princesses or Prince of the NIGHT! You think you have the best dress costume of the night. Catch the eye of a Sharks Representative to be in the running. The Top 3 will come down to the field to be voted on by the fans in the stands for the Best Dress Champion of the Night. Winner receives $25 in shark bucks.


PICTURE SPOT
Take a selfie at the Pirates and Princes picture spot behind section 100. Every home game in 2022 the Sharks will have a theme appropriate picture spot behind section 100.  


FAN CAMs
Shark fans be on the lookout on the jumbotron as we have various FANCAMs throughout the game. We have the Trinity Fitness Flex cam to show off those muscles, KISS CAM and a new feature to be introduced at tonight's game.


CGC Water ‘A Drop in a Bucket Challenge’
CGC water is your official water for YOUR Jacksonville Sharks. Two lucky fans will compete against each in a battle to throw the most water droplets into the bucket in 30 seconds. Donatos Pick Your Pizza Game!

Fling-A-Football
How’s your aim? Our halftime Fling-A-Football promotion gives you a chance to win $150 in Shark Bucks. At just $1 per throw (or 6 for $5), you might as well give it a shot! Be sure to have your mini-footballs ready when halftime rolls around! Fling-A-Footballs are available for purchase inside the arena on the main concourse until the middle of the second quarter.


Junior Attack Dance Camp
Parents! 2022 Attack Dance Camp will begin June 10th for Jr. Attack Dance Camp practice and the Jr. Attack Dance Camp will continue on June 11th at the Vystar Veterans Memorial Arena. On June 11th these young ladies will perform on the field during the Sharks game as well as at halftime for the Jr. Attack Halftime Performance. Sign your little girl up today!
