SHARKS ADD FORMER RAMS UNDRAFTED FREE AGENT

by Alyssa Morris

JACKSONVILLE, FL – Jacksonville signed 6’5”, 320 lb OL/DL Tre Harlan earlier this week. Harlan last played in the National Arena League for the San Antonio Gunslingers in 2022.

The Sharks are hoping this signing can add to their already strong defense that has held their last two opponents to a combined 77 points, while the Sharks have scored 149 on offense.

In seven games on the defensive line for the Gunslingers last season Harlan had one sack and three tackles. He also scored one touchdown on April 23 against the Orlando Predators on his only fumble recovery of the season.

On offense he had 54 receiving yards and another 12 rushing yards. He averaged 14 yards per reception. He had one offensive touchdown for the Gunslingers last season, too. This was on a 23 yard reception on April 30 during a one point loss to the Columbus Lions.

On May 11, 2014, Harlan signed with the St. Louis Rams as an undrafted free agent.

Harlan played his college career at Bacone State in Oklahoma.
