SHARKS ADD FORMER ALL-AMERICAN

JACKSONVILLE, FL - The Sharks add former Division II All-American defensive back Ravarius Rivers ahead of the 2023 season.


Ravarius Rivers (6’1, 200) joins the Sharks for his rookie season after spending his college career at Valdosta State University. In 2018, Rivers helped lead the Blazers to a Division II National Championship and a perfect season. That season he had 74 total tackles, three tackles for loss, two interceptions, two forced fumbles and one fumble recovery. Rivers also earned First Team All-Region honors and was named an AP Division II Second Team All-American. 


Before attending Valdosta State, Rivers played football at Martin Luther King Jr. High School in Stonecrest, GA.
